PRE-ORDER ITEMS

All pre-order items will NOT be shipped out immediately since the products are currently in production. You can find the expected delivery date under each pre-order item's product description. 

All orders containing pre-order items will not be shipped out until the pre-order items arrive. 

SHIPPING

Shipping is available worldwide with tracking number except to United Kingdom, countries in EU, and all countries listed here: https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm

Orders are shipped out every Tuesday and Friday. Current processing time is 3-5 business days depending on the amount of orders received that week. 

Due to the pandemic, please be mindful that there may be delays of your shipment.

Customers are expected to handle any additional taxes and custom fees upon delivery. We will not take any special requests under any circumstances. 

Domestic orders are expected to arrive in 3-14 business days.

International orders are expected to arrive in 1-3 months depending on the destination.

Combine Shipping
To combine your orders, please email your order numbers to [email protected]. This option is only available if your orders haven't been marked as shipped.

Lost and Returned Packages
DARUMACAT will not be responsible for any lost or returned packages. Customers have an option to purchase a package insurance before checking out. If your package is returned, you'll have the option for us to reship it for you by purchasing a returned package shipping bundle. 

Please note that we're unable to make any changes once the package has been shipped out. Therefore, we suggest all customers to double check their address before placing an order.
